The feeling of guilt, doubt, anxiousness or uncertainty experienced by mothers when they worry they're failing or falling short of expectations in some way. For many moms–particularly new, working or single moms–the variables that contribute to this phenomenon are numerous and intense.

Last week I hosted an honest, encouraging, moms-only mastermind session . Fellow Realtors and working moms, Amber McDonald and Michelle Gainey, joined me to talk about how we balance work and motherhood. We: dug into specific time-management and self-care strategies that have worked for us; explored different ways of thinking that allow us to show ourselves grace and parent with less guilt; got real about the price we’ve paid for trying to do too much; and much more.
